Cars You Can Lease For About $200 a Month in February

The end of February is approaching and most car shoppers will wait until the end of the month to buy their next new car. Shoppers who want to lease a new vehicle have several options this month, including sign and drive leases and low monthly payment leases.

You'll need a couple to a few thousand dollars at lease signing and a good credit score to get a low monthly payment auto lease. If you want to keep your monthly car lease payment low, here are the vehicles available for about $200 a month in February.

Chevrolet has several 39-month lease deals in February with low monthly payments. The 2011 Chevrolet Cruze can be leased for $159 a month with $2,649 due at signing. The 2011 Malibu LS is $199 a month with $1,999 at signing and the 2011 Silverado 1500 regular cab is $199 a month with $1,809 at signing.

Chrysler's new 2011 200 Touring can be leased for $199 a month in February. The lease deal is for three years and you'll need $2,999 at signing.

Dodge has a $199 monthly lease incentive on its new 2011 Avenger Mainstreet this month. The lease is 36 months long and requires $2,999 at lease signing.

Ford has two lease deals in February for about $200 a month. The 2011 Ford Fusion is $199 a month for 24 months with $2,549 at signing. Ford's 2011 Fiesta is $169 a month for 24 months with $1,819 due at lease signing.

Honda is offering low monthly payment leases on many vehicles in February. Through Honda's 36-month, $0 due at lease signing deal, the Fit and Civic Sedan are $190 a month, while the Insight is $210 per month. With $2,999 at lease signing, the Accord Coupe is $199 a month in February. Shoppers who pay $1,999 at lease signing can get the Accord Sedan for $199 a month, Civic Sedan for $139, CR-V for $219 and the Fit for $139 a month. The Insight is $169 a month with $1,699 at lease signing.

Hyundai has several models in the $200 a month or less lease payment range in February. The 2011 Elantra is $169 a month for 36 months with $1,699 at signing. The 2011 Elantra Touring is $199 a month for 24 or 36 months with $1,999 at signing. The 2011 Sonata is $199 a month for 36 months with $2,399 at signing.

Jeep has a couple vehicles in the $200 a month range. The 2011 Patriot is $229 a month for 36 months with $2,499 due at signing. Jeep's 2011 Compass can be leased for $239 a month for 36 months with $2,499 at signing.

Kia's most expensive lease deal in February is $239 a month. Kia's leases are all 36 months long and require anywhere from $1,999 to $2,999 at lease signing. The 2011 Forte and Soul are $159, Forte Koup is $169, Optima is $199, Sportage is $209 and the Sorento is $239 a month in February.

The 2011 Chrysler 200 Touring can be leased for $199 a month for three years in February.

Mazda's 2011 Mazda3 five-door can be leased for $229 a month for 42 months with $0 due at signing this month. The four-door version of the 2011 Mazda3 is $199 a month for 42 months with $0 due at signing in February.

MINI is leasing its 2011 Cooper Hardtop (with automatic transmission and premium package) for $199 a month for 36 months with $2,727 due at signing.

Mitsubishi has low monthly lease payments for 36 months on a few vehicles in February. The 2011 Outlander Sport is $199 a month with $2,398 due at signing. The 2011 Lancer Sportback is $179 a month with $2,778 at signing, while the 2011 Lancer is $169 a month with $2,768 at signing.

Nissan has several vehicles that can be leased for about $200 a month in February. The Nissan Versa Sedan is $199, Versa Hatchback is $159, Cube is $179, Sentra is $139 and the Altima and Rogue are $189 a month. The leases are all 39 months long and you'll need about $1,999 to $2,999 at signing.

Scion still has some of the most affordable lease deals around this month. The 36-month leases require $855 or less at signing and have low monthly payments. The 2010 Scion xD is $179 per month, the 2010 tC is $205 a month and the 2011 xB is $199 a month.

Smart is offering low monthly payment leases on its micro car, the fortwo, in February. Depending on the trim level, the leases cost $129, $149 or $209 a month for 39 months. You'll need about $2,000 at lease signing.

Subaru has lease payments of about $200 a month on a few models in February. The 2011 Impreza is $179 a month for 42 months with $1,178 at signing. The 2011 Legacy is $199 a month for 36 months with $1,498 due at signing and the 2011 Forester is $229 a month for 42 months with $1,929 at lease signing.

Suzuki is featuring low lease payments on four models this month. The 2011 Kizashi is $189 a month for 48 months, SX4 Sedan is $159 a month for 36 months, SX4 Crossover is $179 a month for 36 months and the Grand Vitara is $209 a month for 39 months. You'll need a couple thousand dollars at lease signing.

Toyota is offering shoppers low lease payments for 39 months on a few vehicles in February. The 2011 RAV4 is $179 a month with $2,178 at signing. The 2010 Matrix can be leased for $169 a month with $2,168 at signing. The 2011 Corolla LE is $149 a month with $2,148 due at signing. The 2011 Prius is $189 a month with $2,188 due at signing.

Volkswagen is offering affordable auto lease payments this month on a few models. The leases are all 36 months long and require $1,999 at signing. The 2011 Golf is $199 a month, 2011 Jetta S is $179 a month and the 2011 Jetta SE is $189 a month.

Lease incentives listed are for the southeast region. They may differ depending on where you live. Check the automaker's site to find the incentives in your area.
