Chevrolet is offering the choice of no interest financing or cash back on most cars and SUVs. The Cobalt is available with a 0% car loan or $3,000 off. Most Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra models can be purchased with no interest loans for 60 months or $4,000 off the MSRP.

Buick has some impressive lease deals for April. The Lacrosse is just $359 a month for a 39-month lease, while the Enclave will cost you $429 a month for 39 months. Cadillac is offering the CTS with zero interest for 36 months. The Cadillac Escalade is available in April for $649 per month on a 39-month lease.

Like GM, Chrysler is offering no interest loans or cash back on most cars and SUVs it sells. The Chrysler 300 is another star in April. The large sedan is available this month with a 0% car loan for 60 months and $2,000 cash back. The Dodge Charger and Dakota and the Jeep Grand Cherokee are all on sale with $1,000 off the price and 0% loans for up to 60 months. Buyers interested in the Jeep Commander can choose between no interest for up to 60 months or $4,500 off. The Dodge Viper is also being sold with 0% financing available for up to 48 months.

Ford is toeing the line and offering buyers the choice between no interest car loans and cash back. The stars of Ford's lineup are the Explorer, Ranger, Sport Trac and the Mercury Mountaineer, all of which are available with 0% car loans for up to 72 months. The Ford Edge can be bought with no interest for 60 months or $4,000 cash back. Buyers of the 2010 Ford F-150 can choose between $4,500 cash back or 0% interest for 36 months and $1,000 off.
